Q: How long are the classes?
A: They are all one hour classes.
Q: What do the classes consist of?
A: A warm-up consisting of a walk/run and stretching to get the body loosened up physically and mentally. The workout will consist of interval training, bodyweight exercises, partner exercises, group exercises, slow movement exercises.
Q: Are these classes for me and my current fitness level?
A: Yes they are. I everybody from the beginner level to the advanced level. I tell all campers to pace Challenge themselves but slow down or stop if they need to let their body recover. There will always be modifications on each exercise.
Q: Can I bring my children (under 18) to Workout?
A: Yes you can. Ages 5-17 are welcome to workout with you. I would just need a parent's signature on the Exercise form. Kids ages 5-17 are $75 dollars per month!
Q: Is there childcare available?
A: Although, there is no sitter for the children, Indy Boot Camps does have a play area where children can play in your sight as you workout.
Q: What should I gain from Indy Boot Camps?
A: Having fun with others who are challenging themselves to attain their Fat Loss and Nutrition goals!
Q: What do the classes cost?
A: $150 dollars for a Four week Boot Camp with 3 classes a week and 12 classes for the month. 12 hours of Boot Camp training you get each month! We also have some even better discounts at www.indybootcamps.com/rates.html

Q: Am I allowed to attend different class times?
A: Absolutely! If you know that your evening is going to be busy, but you still want to get your workout in, please join us at one of our different class times and/or locations. A quick call or email to let me know would be appreciated, but not required.
Q: Is Parking Available?
A: We have ample parking.
Q: How do I pay for my Boot Camp?
A: Bring a check made payable to Tod Esquivel or cash is fine on your 1st day of class!
Q: What do I need to wear?
A: Wear comfortable, soft, breathable materials. Also wear athletic shoes with good support for jumping and running.
Q: Do you have showers?
A: No we don't. But we do have women's/men's restrooms to change before & after class.
Q: What do I need to bring?
A: Water, towel, workout gloves & a stability ball. You can buy your ball at any sporting good stores, Wal-Mart, and Target. Here is the ball size you need based on your height. Size User Height 45 cm 4'6" - 5'0" 55cm 5'1" - 5'7" 65 cm 5'8" - 6'1" 75 cm 6'2" - 6'7"
